A questo proposito, vorrei chiedere informazioni rispetto alla tariffa da applicare per la liquidazione del compenso per le audizioni in sede di SIT di un minore come ausiliario di PG.
L’unico riferimento che trovo è il Testo Unico sulle spese di giustizia ( D.P.R. 115/2002) ma non riesco ad orientarmi . Ringrazio chiunque possa darmi indicazioni.
